Digital Anatomy Twin™

Skip the segmentation. Print the patient.

Transform CT DICOM data into 3D printable, patient-specific phantoms—without manual segmentation.

doctor-looking-ct-scan

The Digital Anatomy Twin™ software converts CT DICOM data directly into 3D printable, patient-specific phantoms—no segmentation required. Unlike traditional workflows that lose critical anatomical detail during segmentation, it preserves the full voxel-level information from the original scan.

The result is phantoms with realistic radiopacity and anatomical precision that provide true visibility and contrast between structures under medical imaging.

Developed in collaboration with Siemens Healthineers, It is included with the Digital Anatomy Creator software license, available within GrabCAD, and supports the J5, J750, and J850 Digital Anatomy printers.

Making patient-specific phantoms accessible and scalable

icon-speedometer-sharp

Faster from scan to print

Eliminate manual segmentation, material selection, and mapping. Digital Anatomy Twin™ makes it effortless to prepare imaging data for 3D printing.

icon-process-sharp

Realistic under imaging

Map each voxel's density to a calibrated blend of RadioMatrix™ and supported Digital Anatomy materials, so the printed phantom reproduces realistic radiopacity under CT.

Patient-specific by design

Move beyond generic, standardized phantoms to customized, anatomically relevant models derived directly from CT DICOM data.

Consistency you can count on

Produce consistent and reliable phantoms for repeat use across education, research, validation, and equipment testing.

Designed for:

Imaging and phantom manufacturing companies

Medical device manufacturing companies

Research institutions and hospitals

Powered by RadioMatrix™

Digital Anatomy Twin maps directly to RadioMatrix material to produce phantoms with realistic radiopacity under CT.

Calibration Cylinder

The Calibration Cylinder is designed to measure the Hounsfield Unit (HU) values of the relevant materials on your specific CT system. Print the model, scan it using your desired CT protocol, and measure the HU values of each material section: RadioMatrix™, Vero™, and TissueMatrix®.

These measured HU values can then be used to create a custom HU profile in Digital Anatomy Twin, enabling more accurate CT attenuation matching and improved realism in your printed phantom models.

The cylinder consists of a 1 mm outer coating of Vero material and includes 30 mm sections of each material.
