ToughONE™ is a versatile material family in the PolyJet™ portfolio that lets you go beyond visual prototypes to strong, functional parts. The family includes ToughONE White and ToughONE Black for the J8 Series, as well as ToughONE Whites optimized for J3 and J5 Series printers. PolyJet ToughONE™ is a very strong PolyJet material with several unique features.

  • check Excellent combination of strength for functional tests and precision for visual appeal
  • check ToughONE can mimic various plastics, including HDPE, PP, PBT, PC-ABS, PC, Nylon 12, or Nylon 6. The type of plastic simulated depends on if and how the part is cured after printing.
  • check Highest possible impact resistance and shock absorption for a PolyJet material.
  • check TPO-free, reducing environmental impact.
